The owner , with his intention to minimize his working time , has decided to sell this well-known brands for ladies market.  With its more than 30 years of industry experience the owner is proud to have developed within 10 years varieties of bags such as Hand bags , Shoulder Bags, Totes, Clutches, Backpacks and Wallets. From these sturdy and stylish bags, a new brand was also created and this is also included in the deal for the serious and motivated buyer who has a passion for fashion.

The Marketing aggressiveness with heavy promotions thru E-Commerce and social media sites has prompted the owner to increase the branches to 45 stores nationwide which are also located in major malls.

An automated system in the company’s operation and management will be turned over to the new owner to ensure the supply chain management well organized. Intellectual Property Office ( IPO ) registrations will also be transferred to the new owner. A few months of training to the new operating team of the new owner will be provided as to be properly arranged.

 
The owner himself has a hands-on management to the business as the General Manager of the company. His reason for selling is to focus on other existing business that is why he wants to minimize his working time. The successful buyer will have the option to purchase stocks-on-hand in the stores for sale and will be subjected to negotiations.
